Beginning the Journey
As someone who was born in the 60's, went to high school in the 80's, and teaching to students born in the 90's, I am woefully unprepared for the technological world they inhabit. As I am trying to adapt to omnipresence of technology, this blog is a documentation of the journey from technological illegal immigrant to a naturalized technological citizen. I cannot hide from technology, so I am going to throw caution to the wind, unpack my fears, and journey to mastering technology to better reach my students in a format they will embrace.

Day one, per Dr. Z
Well, okay, setting up a blog was not as painful as I thought. As near as I can tell, none of the options I chose shot off an atomic bomb in Russia, so I think all is good. Now, I am off to go read how to create my own Podcast. Hopefully, my brain won't explode and they will have written the instructions in stupid people technological terms and I won't want to cry because I feel so old and disconnected from all of THIS stuff. I will not be outwitted by in inanimate object, I will not be outwitted by an inanimate object. This is my mantra for the summer.
