Beginning the Journey

As someone who was born in the 60's, went to high school in the 80's, and teaching to students born in the 90's, I am woefully unprepared for the technological world they inhabit. As I am trying to adapt to omnipresence of technology, this blog is a documentation of the journey from technological illegal immigrant to a naturalized technological citizen. I cannot hide from technology, so I am going to throw caution to the wind, unpack my fears, and journey to mastering technology to better reach my students in a format they will embrace.

Day 28

Why didn't anyone tell me all this stuff was out there for me to use? I feel like I have been living in a cave these last 6 years. Now, if I can only confront my fear and figure out how to use my little flip camera to videotape my classes and post them on my website. . .
